Through this service, CPE specializes in the preventive maintenance and emergency services of UPS, stationary battery systems, battery chargers, static-switches, inverters, harmonic conditioners, power quality equipment and other critical power systems. In addition, CPE Division "L" Inc. offers UPS and battery sales, as well as thermographic inspection services.

Maintenance Contracts - Service Plans

Plan A - Basic
	Unlimited labor, travel and mileage for all preventative maintenance visits and any emergency service calls during the contract period. This plan provides maintenance attention to the UPS module along with any external monitoring and remote shutdown circuitry (when supplied). All replacement parts used during a service or emergency visit will chargeable according to the published spare parts price lists. Battery maintenance is not covered under this plan.

Plan B - Battery maintenance included
	Unlimited labor, travel and mileage for all preventative maintenance visits and any emergency service calls during the contract period. Coverage is the same as Plan A plus maintenance attention to the battery bank(s) that include check-up, cleaning, testing, retorque and discharge. This service plan is for sealed (dry cell batteries). CPE Division "L" Inc. will replace up to 10% of batteries that are found to be faulty during the year. Full (complete) Battery replacement not included.

Plan C - Covers the cost of Replacement Parts (UPS Module)

Unlimited labor, travel and mileage for all preventative maintenance visits and any emergency service calls during the contract period.

Coverage same as Plan A plus all replacement parts used during any preventative maintenance check-up and / or emergency service visit(s) for the UPS module and monitoring and remote shutdown circuitry (when Supplied).

Battery maintenance and battery replacement not included.

Plan D - Premium total coverage
	Unlimited labor, travel and mileage for all preventative maintenance visits and any emergency service calls during the contract period. This Plan includes battery maintenance attention as well as the cost of all replacement parts for (UPS module) and 10% of the batteries found faulty during the year. Full (complete) battery replacement not included.
